Scope of Services

Life Compass offers coaching focusing on small business owners wanting to integrate their lives and business and be more successful in both.

Fees

The standard fee for Life Compass coaching is $200 per month with a $150 intake form. This includes three phone sessions per month (the first three weeks of the month, unless otherwise arranged) and unlimited email coaching. It also includes five to ten minute "off-schedule" calls for you to share a challenge or triumph. On the whole, I believe this is one of the best values you're going to find in coaching. My rates may not always stay this low, but once you sign up, you're locked in at the same rate for a year, so you won't have a sudden rate hike two months from now.

Policies and Procedures

I work by appointment. You'll have a specific time slot, and will call me at 501-312-2848 at your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule I ask that you give me 24 hours advance notice. I will not reschedule or refund no-shows except in the case of emergency. I will also give you 24 hours advance notice. If we need to reschedule an appointment, I will work with you to find a time that works for both of us.

While I am not a therapist, I do respect your confidentiality in the same way any professional would. I will not use your name or identifiable information in any public way. I may alter the details of a situation and use them as an example with another client, but I will not reveal your identity for any reason unless I feel you are in danger or a danger to others, in which case I would be legally and morally obligated to alert appropriate authorities.

I ask that you pay monthly by the first of the month for the upcoming month. You may cancel our agreement at any time and finish out the month you have paid for. Partial month refunds are not available because of the very low charge for my services.
